Here is a glimpse at what The Toronto Real Estate Board REALTORS through TREB's MLS System has released in York and Simcoe Region for the month of August 2020:
York Region :
The average sales price is down slightly compared to July 2020 with a .21% decrease and UP +14.67% compared to August 2019
The average sales price is UP +15.03% since January 2020!
The number of sales are UP +4.49% from July 2020!
Simcoe Region :
The average sales price is UP +6.76% compared to July 2020, and UP +20.27% compared to August 2019
The average sales price is UP +12.28% since January 2020.
The number of sales are up slightly +1.30% from July 2020!
