The Toronto Real Estate Board REALTORS® through TREB's MLS® System has released the numbers for March 2019 
Average Sale price for all homes went down for York Region & Simcoe County, but went up in Durham Region.
The Days on the Market went down in all 3 Regions! 
Spring has finally arrived, and with an overall balanced market now is the time to Buy and Sell.
Pricing your house Right, along with Strong Strategies and Negociation Skills are crutial for getting you the most amount of money for your house.
Below is the break down, and current numbers for each area.

York Region :

The average sale price is slightly down by -0.06 % compared to February 2019
Year-to-date from January 2019, The average sale price is up by 5.03 % 

 Simcoe County :
 
The average sale price is slightly down by -0.81 % compared to February 2019
Year-to-date from January 2019, The average sale price is also down by -0.51 % 
 
 Durham Region :
 
The average sale price is up by 4.14 % compared to February 2019
Year-to-date from January 2019, The average sale price is up by 4.65 %
