The Toronto Real Estate Board REALTORS® through TREB's MLS® System has released the numbers for May 2019

If you SOLD your house in May, Well done! The average sale price in York Region, Simcoe County and  Durham Region was up and so did the number of sales!
The days on the market are still in all 3 Regions, remaining the same, Between 19 and 34 days depending where you live.
With the Spring market moving at a good pace right now, the numbers in York, Simcoe and Durham are still in a Balanced market.
So if you have been thinking of selling, Now is the time! and the numbers are proving it. As for you Buyers, prices are NOT coming down, and Mortgage rates are NOT climbing. This is what I call a PERFECT
WIN-WIN situation!
Please note, I also have the numbers for your town/city individually and I am available to discuss these numbers with you as well, if you would like an even more specific breakdown.
Below are the current numbers for each area.
